'Starter' Kit™ Clients are tobacco-users who have made the decision to quit tobacco-use on their own and call the Helpline to request nicotine dependence treatment materials to be mailed to them to help them through their quit process. They are encouraged to call and become telephone-based clients at any future time. Treatment is free and confidential.
